How alerts work
What to expect
Alerts arrive as notifications from your browser, on this device only.
What an alert is
- One notification for each logged result at or above your threshold: the game, the multiplier and when it landed. Tap it to open the game.
- At most one per game every 10 minutes, 4 an hour and 12 a day in all. Anything over that, or in your quiet hours, is skipped.
Where it works
- Computer: Chrome, Edge or Firefox, in a tab or the installed app. The browser must be running; in the background is fine. Safari 16 or later on macOS 13 or later.
- Android: Chrome, Samsung Internet or Firefox.
- iPhone and iPad: only after Add to Home Screen (iOS or iPadOS 16.4 or later), with alerts turned on from the Home Screen app. How to add it.
- Not in private or incognito windows, or in the browsers built into apps like Instagram and Facebook.
If nothing arrives
- Allow notifications for your browser in the system settings:
- Mac: System Settings → Notifications → your browser
- Windows: Settings → System → Notifications
- Android: your browser's app notification settings
- iPhone and iPad: Settings → Notifications → LiveCasino.Tools
- Check that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't holding them back.
- Check the site's own permission: the icon beside the address bar → Notifications → Allow.
- Then use Send a test, once alerts are on.
